For Individuals and Groups

In-person, Online, Inside, and Outside

Ready for a meditation and mindfulness practice that will fit into your day and change your life?

You can’t control the world around you, but you absolutely can control how you show up every day. Before I discovered meditation many decades ago, I held onto past traumas, which manifested as anger, resentment, and strained relationships. I felt like life happened to me. This mindset magnified struggles and cast a shadow over my joy. Since then, my life has been turned upside down in the best possible way. I have seen firsthand that happiness and peace are possible, and I'm grateful to guide others to this realization.

Meditation can help you steady yourself so that you can stand strong in the face of challenges. Developing a practice doesn’t have to be intimidating. By finding which traditions resonate most deeply in your heart, you can build habits that are comfortable, attainable, and life-changing.

For Veterans

Mindfulness and Trauma-Sensitive
Meditation for Veterans & Their Loved Ones

Heal your spirit and find peace with the help of a trauma-sensitive Veteran as your guide.

Are you a veteran or a loved one struggling with addiction, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or a traumatic brain injury? Mindful awareness practices and breathing techniques designed to widen your window of tolerance could be the path for experiencing more peace and positivity in your life.

You might be hesitant about the idea of meditating to regain your calm. I understand. It can feel vulnerable or just plain "woo-woo." As a United States Air Force veteran, I can guide fellow vets and their families in their holistic wellness journey in ways that feel grounded in both spirit and science. When you choose to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit, you'll be amazed at how much better you feel and how much you can improve your relationships with those you love.

For Older Adults

Transform your life with deep self-care

After years of caring for others—your kids, your partner, your community—turning outward may feel comfortable, while turning that care inward can seem unfamiliar. If you are struggling to find the path to self-acceptance and a life more full of happiness, gratitude, and ease - mindful awareness practices can help.

With mindful awareness practices, breathwork, and techniques such as a singing exercise recommended by the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, the present moment and happiness becomes more accessible. You'll nurture a positive mindset, find ways to release tension and anxiety, gather techniques for improved sleep and clearer memory, and learn to cultivate deep joy in your life.
