NEW! Meditations for Peace & Happiness

Sohum Yoga, 30 Lyman St., #108b, Westboro, MA
If you seek peace and happiness outside of yourself, this is a call to return home. What you think, you become, and what you seek is already within. This is a unique blend of practices for mind, body and spirit that will bring you greater peace and happiness. Enjoy gentle body movements, meditation and insight from the Masters.

Sundays @ 4:45 – 5:45 pm
Mindfulness for Stress, Anxiety, Depression & PTSD
Synergy Wellness Center, 45 Main St., Hudson, MA
Learn how mindfulness is helpful for bringing awareness to the mind-body connection and how a regular practice can help to rewire the brain and nervous system to be healthier and more resilient. You will learn about the effects of stress on the brain and nervous system, how to befriend and tend the mind and body through practices of mindful self-care, and most importantly, you will learn the foundational practices of mindfulness meditations to cultivate a deeper sense of self awareness that promotes wisdom, kindness, and patience, learn about the science of happiness, and a variety of meditation techniques that cultivate a more peaceful, aware, and compassionate life.

Wednesdays @ 9:15 – 10:00 am
Group Meditation for Mindful Living
Sohum Yoga, 30 Lyman St., #108b, Westboro, MA
This class has been meeting for five years!  Those who meditate in groups often report feelings of greater connectedness and have a deeper meditation experience than when they practice on their own. Join our growing community of like-minded friends who gather weekly to learn about the many benefits of meditation. Experience a variety of meditation techniques (including concentrative, open awareness, and mindfulness); learn the ingredients that every meditation requires, the importance of posture, essentials for cultivating a successful daily practice, and how to work with hindrances that can arise. Discover how you can bring insights gained from the cushion into your daily life to experience healthier and happier relationships with yourself and the world! All levels and traditions are warmly welcomed.

Wednesdays @ 10:30 – 11:30 am
Mindful Living at Callahan Senior Center (55+ / $3)

Callahan Center, 535 Union St., Framingham, MA
Would you like to have less stress and more peace, happiness, and joy in your life? Let Lisa Campbell, certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, show you that what you seek is already within you. Each week we laugh, share mindful insights, practice different meditation and mindfulness techniques (including a practice that the Alzheimer’s Foundation recommends for boosting brain function!), as well as easy techniques you can use anytime and anywhere to help keep you feeling healthy.

Wednesdays @ 12:15 – 1:00 pm
NEW! Power Lunch: Meditation & Mindset

The Gentle Place, 79 Main St., Framingham, MA
EXCLUSIVELY AT THE GENTLE PLACE!  The only wellness class of its kind designed specifically for busy people who have little time available to reduce stress, reset their focus and replenish their energy, productivity and creativity.  All levels are welcome for 40-minutes of guided mindfulness, meditation, and evidence-based techniques to reset your mindset! Come as you are and leave feeling renewed and empowered to tackle your to-do lists and deadlines.  Short lunch?  OK to arrive a little late or leave a little early as needed for work, we’re just glad you’re joining us!  This class will run for 4 weeks, but we will continue if it’s successful!!  Please help us make it successful by sharing with others**!
