Lisa Campbell, certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, Course Advisor for the McLean Meditation Institute, Warriors at Ease Meditation Instructor, US Air Force veteran, and founder of Mindfulfilled Meditation, LLC, loves that peace is her profession.  Having cultivated her own meditation practice for many years, Lisa is dedicated to sharing her knowledge to those wishing to find more peace and happiness in their own lives, especially those dealing with trauma and PTSD. A graduate of the McLean Meditation Institute and certified by the Warriors at Ease Organization to teach trauma-informed meditation, Lisa is a peaceful warrior meditating with all ages and abilities, civilians, active military, veterans, and first responders.

Lisa is an Advisory Board member for Project New Hope.  She volunteers as a member of Project New Hope’s holistic wellness team and brings trauma-informed meditation and mindfulness to free veteran retreats hosted throughout New England.

Lisa teaches in many venues – in homes, at yoga studios and wellness centers, at corporations such as Cramer, Bose, CBRE, Tillera Corporation (EZ Chip), The Training Associates, and Student Health 101.  Lisa has brought meditation to local schools including McAuliffe Charter School, Holliston High School, and Algonquin Regional High School.  She c0-leads yoga and meditation retreats throughout New England with Sohum Yoga, and speaks regularly at public events for the Friends of the Ashland Public Library Wellness Series (2015 & 2016), the Massachusetts Medical Society Alliance (2015 & 2016), and has presented for the McLean Meditation Institute’s Meditation Teacher Symposium (2016).

    Her comprehensive toolbox of meditation techniques is full of helpful ways to work with the mind, difficult emotions and life with all of its challenges.
